Ascension Episcopal School’s Early Childhood Program (ECP) strives to meet the childcare needs of young children in a safe Christian environment. Classes are offered for ages 3 months to walking, walking to 17 months, 18 to 26 months and 27 to 36 months (or until a child is 3 as of September 1). Each level is staffed by caring Christian personnel with extensive educational experience. Our Early Childhood Program (ECP) is the beginning of your child's journey to excellence. As his/her world expands, the first steps toward independence and socialization will be made in learning to work and play with others.
Rooms are equipped with a variety of age appropriate toys and activities to enhance physical development. Appropriate social interaction, self-help skills and a sense of independence are encouraged by a staff that is responsive to each child’s needs. The low teacher-student ratio allows individual attention which focuses on each child’s specific needs and progress.
Our Early Childhood Programs operates 12 months of the year between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. Minimum requirement: Two (2) days per week.
